C-OTDR / FiSEC Monitor
      - Uses low energy communication laser (multiple pulse arrays)
      - Greatly reduced light intensity means allows use on the same fiber, parallel to the transmission/application
      - Will monitor line(s) 365/24/7 without interruption to running processes – will detect issues even when
         processes are not running at all
      - Sends digital bit patterns with automatic analysis of the read patterns using a correlation algorithm
      - Far less costly due to use of standard components

      - Displays reflected light as graphics, with manual analysis by trained professional
